The ORG Automatic DM Plant 10×54 is a fully automatic demineralisation plant controlled by PLC with a conductivity controller and automatic multiport valve, built for Nagpur industries needing consistent, high-purity DM water. Both OBR (output before regeneration) and conductivity thresholds can be pre-set: if conductivity rises before the OBR cycle completes, the system automatically opens a dumping valve up to a pre-set volume, and if water still doesn’t meet spec after dumping, regeneration starts automatically — with a hooter alarm if the unhealthy condition persists. OBR, flow, and date-wise data are logged in the PLC, and daily production quantity and product-water totals are displayed on screen. A separate service/regeneration pump runs only on DM product water, and the colour-coded resin (red) and brine (blue) tanks reduce operator error.
