The ORG Automatic UF (Ultrafiltration) system is a fully PLC-operated plant built for Nagpur industries and institutions needing consistent, maintenance-free filtration. It uses 7 motorised ceramic ball valves on 24V DC power, separate pumps for backwash and service duty, and in-built MCF filters for pre-filtration — all mounted on a corrosion-resistant SS304 skid. The system cycles through 11 fully automatic operating modes, including filtration, backwash, flushing and chemically enhanced backwash (CEB) stages in both directions, keeping the membrane performing consistently without manual intervention.
